From an idea to your private design project
You do not need a finished design to start a conversation. A clear title, a useful brief and an intended product are a good beginning.
Choose a route
In Design Studio, choose whether you are bringing your own artwork, preparing a layout or requesting professional design assistance. Your project stays in your account so that you can return to it and keep the discussion together.
Be specific about the result
Describe the intended product, the wording, the audience and any important design requirements. If you are using a logo, photograph or font, make sure you have the permission needed for the use you are requesting.
Keep the stages separate
A saved project is a working record. A professional design quote defines the relevant fee, scope, deliverables and revision allowances. A proof is checked for the intended product before production. None of these steps alone means that a merchandise order has been paid or accepted by the supplier.
Use the private file route
Artwork uploads appear only when the required secure file checks are available. If you cannot upload yet, save the project request and contact the team about the next step. Do not put passwords, payment details or unrelated private documents into a design brief.
