Custom artwork & intellectual property

Bring work you have permission to use

Upload or request the use of artwork only where you hold the necessary rights or permission. This includes permissions for photographs, logos, fonts, trademarks and other material contained in the design. Do not submit unlawful or infringing material.

A limited purpose, not an ownership transfer

Your private submission permits the processing needed for your requested design or production service. It does not transfer ownership of your work to Superb Merch or grant permission to use a private customer submission as public advertising. Contact info@superb-merch.com about a different intended use.

Proofs and product-specific approval

A layout or screen preview is not a guarantee of physical colour, scale or placement. Check the exact product, print area, text, spelling and proof before approving production. A saved project or design quote does not itself authorize printing or payment. Professional design scope, deliverables, revision allowances and fees are shown in the relevant quote before acceptance.

Private files and upload availability

Artwork is kept in private, account-scoped storage. Uploads are accepted only when the required file validation and scanning are available. If the upload option is unavailable, you can still save a project request and contact the team for the next step.

Rights concerns

If you believe a design infringes your rights, email info@superb-merch.com with the relevant product or project reference, the work concerned and information supporting your claim. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
