SUPERB MERCH / EDITORIAL
Terms of sale
Superb Merch is based in Nigeria. For purchase enquiries contact info@superb-merch.com. These terms apply to purchases through superb-merch.com, together with the product information and the total you review at checkout.
Products and customization
Choose the displayed design and exact product option carefully. Mockups show the supplied design; screen colour and mockup presentation are not a substitute for the named colour, size or approved proof. A Studio project or design-service request is separate from a merchandise purchase and does not automatically become a print order.
Prices, payment and order confirmation
Store prices and checkout totals are shown in USD. Shipping, supplier tax/VAT and any listed delivery fee are shown in the estimate before payment. An expired or changed estimate must be refreshed before a new payment begins. We do not charge a revised order amount without your approval. Payment is confirmed only after the payment provider verifies the matching order amount and currency.
Production and delivery
Payment confirmation and supplier production acceptance are separate steps. Production and delivery dates are provided when supported by supplier information. Availability may depend on the selected product and destination. If an order cannot be fulfilled, contact us so we can resolve it, including a refund where required. See Shipping information.
Changes, problems and refunds
Contact us promptly about a cancellation, delivery problem or product issue. Actual production status affects the changes that remain possible. Our Returns & refunds policy explains the reporting and resolution process. Supplier policies do not override mandatory consumer rights.
Test transactions
A checkout explicitly labelled Test or Sandbox is a test environment. It is not evidence that a real payment was received or that merchandise will be produced.
Applicable protections
Nothing here excludes rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable consumer protections in the customer’s jurisdiction continue to apply.
