Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when requesting services. Keep your account credentials private and contact info@superb-merch.com if you believe your account has been misused. Do not interfere with accounts, private files, checkout or the website’s security controls.

Website content and customer artwork

Website content, branding and product designs are protected by the rights of their respective owners. Browsing or purchasing a product does not grant ownership of a brand or a general right to reproduce a design. Your own artwork remains yours, subject to any rights held by others and the limited processing necessary for the service you request. See Custom artwork & intellectual property.

Information and linked services

Use the current product page, selected options and checkout estimate for your purchase. External payment, supplier and carrier services have their own terms and privacy information. Contact us if information appears inaccurate so that we can check it.

Purchases and personal data

Purchases are covered by our Terms of sale. Personal-data handling is explained in our Privacy policy. These website terms do not exclude responsibilities or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
