Information we use

Depending on the features you use, we process account details such as your name and email; saved delivery addresses; selected product options and order records; payment references and verification results; support messages; design requests and submitted artwork; and your email-marketing preferences. Our hosting and security services also process technical information needed to operate and protect the website.

Why we use it

We use information to provide your account, obtain delivery estimates, administer purchases, arrange relevant production and delivery services, answer support requests and protect the service. We rely on the applicable grounds for the activity, including performing a requested service or contract, legal obligations, legitimate security interests and consent where required. Optional marketing requires a separate choice and confirmation; creating an account or sending a support message does not subscribe you.

Service providers and international processing

Our website and email use Hostinger services. Relevant product and delivery details are shared with the production supplier needed for the requested service, such as Printful or Printify. When you choose a payment method, the required order, contact and delivery information is shared with that payment provider, such as Paystack or PayPal. These services may process information outside Nigeria. We do not claim that every provider operates in the same country as you.

Payments and private artwork

Card details are entered on the payment provider’s hosted pages, rather than into a card form operated by this WordPress checkout. We retain the order and payment-confirmation information needed to administer the purchase. Design projects are account-scoped and artwork is kept in private storage; a private submission is not permission to use it in public advertising.

Browser storage

Login and security cookies support your session. Wishlist items are saved on the browser when you choose Save. Remembering recently viewed products is an optional browser preference. Read Cookies & browser preferences to manage those choices.

Retention and security

We retain information for the service you requested and for relevant support, accounting, dispute and legal requirements. Access controls and encrypted connections protect the service; no security method is an absolute guarantee. You can request removal of information that is no longer needed. Records that must be retained for a lawful reason may not be immediately erased.

Your choices and rights

You may request information about your data, access, correction, deletion or portability, or raise an objection or restriction request where the applicable law provides it. Withdraw optional marketing consent in your account or through the unsubscribe route. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a data request. Use your account privacy-request controls or email info@superb-merch.com. You may also contact the Nigeria Data Protection Commission or a competent authority where you live.

Changes

Material changes to the service or its processing will be reflected in this notice. Check the effective date above. This notice does not remove rights provided by applicable data-protection law.

Newsletter subscriptions without an account

You can request the Superb Edit using the newsletter form. Marketing remains off until you confirm the email link, which expires after 24 hours. Pending addresses expire; confirmed addresses are encrypted and retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. We store the consent version and confirmation time.
